The warranty period of the product is 1 year, within 1 year from the signing of the equipment acceptance report, the damage caused under normal use shall be repaired by the supplier free of charge;

Within the warranty period, the supplier will make a response within 2 hours and provide a solution within 48 hours if the fault occurs to the buyer.

After the warranty expires, the Supplier shall still provide the Demander with preferential technical support and spare parts supply. After the expiration of the warranty period, the Supplier shall supply accessories to the Demander at a preferential rate;

If there is a problem in the process of use, first deal with the problem, and then distinguish the responsibility, all to meet the normal operation of the equipment as the criterion, so that the fastest troubleshooting solution;
